Participation rules

The essentials: who can take part, how to apply, how judging works and when results appear.

Version of 1 October 2026

1. General

espressivo ART is an international online platform for creative competitions. The competition is held remotely: a participant submits an application and a video link in their account.

The organiser is the operator of the espressivo ART platform. All participation terms, fees and deadlines are published on the competition page.

2. Who can take part

Children and young people aged 6 to 25. Age is determined on the application deadline.

Age groups: 6–9, 10–13, 14–17 and 18–25. Participants choose the nomination that matches their age and genre.

For participants under 18, the application is submitted by a legal representative or a teacher with written parental consent.

3. Application and video

The application is filled in the account. Required: participant's full name, date of birth, country and city, nomination and a video link.

The video must be one continuous performance. The link must open without access requests. YouTube, VK Video, Google Drive or Yandex Disk are accepted.

You can edit the application before payment. After payment, changes are made via the administrator.

4. Fee and payment

The fee is shown on the nomination page and is paid once per application. For ensembles and choirs the fee is fixed per group.

Payment is made in the account. After confirmation the application becomes 'Paid' and goes to the jury.

A refund is possible before the jury starts reviewing the application, upon request to the organiser's e-mail.

5. Judging

Each application is scored by at least two jury members across five criteria: vocal technique, intonation and rhythm, artistry and image, stage presence, repertoire.

Each criterion is scored 1 to 10. The final score is a weighted average. Jury scores are not published before the results announcement.

The jury sees only the participant's name, age and city — no contact details.

6. Results and diplomas

Results are published in the account and in the Results section. Participants receive the title of Laureate I, II or III degree, Diploma holder or Participant.

A PDF diploma is available immediately after publication. Every diploma has a unique verification code.

The organiser may establish special prizes and grants; details are published separately.

7. Personal data and videos of minors

We process personal data only to run the competition, communicate with participants and issue diplomas.

Videos of minors are never published on the site or shared with third parties. The video link is visible only to the participant, their teacher, the jury and the administrator.

Publication of a child's video or name requires separate written consent of the legal representative.

Account and data deletion is available on request. Data is stored no longer than necessary to run the competition and issue diplomas.

8. Teacher partner programme

A teacher registers on the platform and receives a personal referral link.

The reward is 20% of the fee for every paid application of a student who registered via the link and is linked to the teacher.

The accrual appears after payment confirmation. The minimum payout is 500 RUB. Payouts are made to a card or bank account after admin review.

Self-referral, fake registrations and any manipulation are prohibited. The organiser may refuse the reward in case of violation.

9. Changes and contacts

The organiser may change the rules by notifying participants on the site. The new version is effective from publication.
